Getting Good Exercise
I remember seeing advertisements for a diet supplement. It was encouraging people to lose weight by just taking this pill, but if you paid attention to the small print, you could see what the truth of the matter was. It said that the pill worked best when you eat a proper diet and get regular exercise. What a shock. You still need to diet in order for the diet pills to work.
I was thinking about taking the pills before I read that and then I promptly changed my mind. I realized that the only way you can really lose weight and keep it off is with regular exercise and eating the right kind of food. It was that day that I sat down with a pad of paper and came up with a meal plan and exercise plan that I could implement on my own.
I still do it to this day. I know that keeping my weight at the proper level helps me to improve my health.
